The task that is done behind the scenes is not an easy one. It is vital to keep in mind that resisting it is natural and that it is more important than ever to be kind to yourself because it asks you to address certain shadowy aspects of your history and inner self. Because of this, it is essential to keep in mind that resisting it is natural.
